Professional Boiler Installation in East Sussex - What to Expect

Getting a New Boiler Fitted in East Sussex

If your boiler is over 10 years old, costing you more and more to run, or breaking down every winter, it is probably time for a replacement. At Optimum HVAC, we have been installing boilers across East Sussex, Hastings, Bexhill, and the rest of East Sussex for over 12 years, and we know that a new boiler is a big decision. Here is what the process actually looks like so there are no surprises.

The Home Survey

Every installation starts with a free home visit. We need to see your property, understand how you use your heating, and check the existing pipework before we can give you an accurate quote. There is no charge for this and absolutely no pressure to go ahead. We will explain your options clearly, whether that is a combi, system, or regular boiler, and recommend what actually suits your home rather than just selling you the most expensive option.

Choosing the Right Boiler

We supply and fit all the major brands including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Baxi, and Ideal. Each brand has its strengths, and we will talk you through the differences in plain English. A lot of homes in East Sussex and the surrounding villages have older pipework or unusual layouts, and we have seen enough of them to know which boilers work best in which situations. We also offer extended warranties of up to 12 years on certain models.

Installation Day

Most straightforward swaps take a day. If we are moving the boiler to a new location or upgrading the full system, it can take two to four days depending on the complexity. We always give you a clear timeline upfront. We protect your floors and furniture, and we clean up at the end of every day. Your old boiler gets removed and disposed of properly.

After the Install

Once the new boiler is in, we commission it, run through how to use the controls, and issue your Gas Safe certificate and warranty paperwork. We also include a full system flush with a magnetic filter to protect the new boiler from sludge and debris, which is one of the main reasons boilers fail early.

Why Homeowners in East Sussex Choose Optimum HVAC
