General Plumbing

Having been a plumber since the age of 16 there aren’t many situations we haven’t resolved when it comes to plumbing in domestic homes. We are gas safe registered and complete a variety of gas work including the following; gas hob / cooker installations, gas leak detection, gas pipework replacement and LPG bottle installations - we are fully qualified and insured to complete all work.

Central Heating Installation & Maintenance

Alongside general plumbing work we also supply and install new radiators, these could be standard white radiators or they could be designer ones to give your room a new look, either way we can help. We replace radiator valves and we also complete power flushing so if you have cold spots on your radiators or some that aren’t working at all then we will be able to find a solution and get the system running like it was new.

Air conditioning

Air conditioning is becoming more and more popular in domestic houses due to the average temperature rising and our summer months getting hotter. We can supply and install air conditioning in your home for a fixed price and then maintain the system moving forward.

Landlords Gas Safety Certificates

If you are a landlord of a domestic property in the England then by law you must have a landlords gas safety certificate completed on your property every twelve months. We offer a fixed price certificate depending on the number of appliances in the property, the certificate is emailed directly to you on completion and then we send you a reminder the following year when the gas safety is due again to ensure you keep on top of it.
